The Product Marketing Hardware Loans Lab is looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual to fill the position of Seed Lab Coordinator. This meticulous individual will be responsible for coordinating, planning and supporting the day-to-day activities of the loan product life cycle and inventory control for the lab. Apple is seeking an individual with a passion for process management, who is an expert in developing and implementing programs, and someone with great communication skills and influence using cross-functional collaboration. They will deliver world-class experiences to key partners to ensure budget and forecasting for all hardware loans management. DESCRIPTION A successful Seed Lab Coordinator has a deep understanding of warehousing, inventory management, shipping / receiving and logistic fundamentals as well as extensive product knowledge. The individual should be able to effectively gather and synthesize data to analyze, support and improve operational functions. This role is part of the International Product Marketing organization - a group of passionate experts who champion Apple’s products. We’re seeking a best-in-class Seed Lab Coordinator who will make the logistics and inventory experience as delightful as the products themselves. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 4+ years of related experience Experience maintaining asset and partner data integrity Advanced spreadsheet creation and maintenance expertise Proficiency in English Ability to travel up to 20% of the time PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS A self-starter who is highly organized, responsive, and demonstrates critical thinking and creative abilities Excellent skills in written communications; experience working with partners Team-oriented mentality (prioritize and support the success of the team) Experienced in running multiple projects with the ability to switch between them simultaneously Skilled in building effective working relationships, gaining trust, and contributing to a positive working environment Ability to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of quality in deliverables even under pressure Proficient in Keynote, Pages, Numbers, and Excel Experience working on confidential projects is preferred Proficiency with AI tools to leverage for efficiency and scaling operational capacity
