OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Seed Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong ability to build a positive working relationship with clients. This role is essential in enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and exceptional service. As a Seed Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building a viable seed program by selling non-gmo soybeans and contracting those non-gmo soybean acres. You will also be responsible for developing seed sales of corn, traited soybeans, wheat, forages and cover crop seed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in sales or a related field
• Strong sales background and ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to lift 50lb seed bags
• A valid G license required

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Build a Viable Seed Program
• Seed sales of corn, traited soybeans, wheat, forages, cover crop seed.
