Job Description Into action We are looking for a Vegetables Seeds Global Hub Operations Lead to join our Global Supply Planning & Logistics team in Enkhuizen. This is a newly created, specialist role designed to bring dedicated expertise and ownership to the financial and operational management of our Vegetables Seeds global hubbing flows. You will own the governance of the hub model – setting guidelines, monitoring adherence, and managing exceptions. You will also be the go-to expert for intercompany hub processes – from order management and financial postings to SAP operations and flow rule design. You will work within a small, globally distributed hub operations team. The challenge Own and manage Vegetables Seeds hubbing flows end-to-end, including purchase orders, hub sales orders, financial postings, and invoice management. Set and maintain hub guidelines and rules; monitor adherence and manage exceptions across regions. Monitor, investigate, and resolve financial flow exceptions, mismatches, and imbalances across intercompany processes Design and implement rules for new hub flows as the Vegetables Seeds network expands to new origin-destination routes Act as the process design authority for Vegetables Seeds Order Management and hubbing operations, aligning with supply chain, finance, tax, and IT Support the ongoing S/4HANA migration: participate in testing, process design, and system transition activities Translate business and regulatory changes (customs, tax, VAT) into updated process and system requirements Build and track KPIs to monitor hub performance and drive continuous improvement Ensure audit readiness of hub documentation and controls Collaborate with regional stakeholders and contribute to the multi-year functional improvement roadmap for Vegetables Seeds Hubbing. Qualifications Your profile Experienced in supply chain, operations, or business process management at a regional or global level Strong working knowledge of SAP; experience with S/4HANA or involvement in an SAP migration is a plus Solid understanding of intercompany financial flows, order management, and end-to-end supply chain processes Comfortable working independently in a matrix organisation with limited direct oversight – self-driven and solutions-oriented Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex processes into clear, actionable steps Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across functions, time zones, and cultures Experience in the seed or agricultural industry is an advantage.
