About the Position The Medical Director is responsible for the financial performance and general operations of the hospital. In addition, the Medical Director is responsible for cultivating a supportive and collaborative team environment, leading the staff and practice, advancing medical care, and ensuring the growth and financial health of the hospital. About the Hospital This two-building hospital, located in both Bullard and Jacksonville, treats approximately 90% small animals, and 10% horses and cattle. Mixed experience is not required, but case load is available for interested mixed practitioners – including an opportunity to grow the large animal book of business.
