Your Role as Lead Designer

As a key partner, you will be the creative leader of Hypa Reach, our central design and AI communication agency. You will be responsible for:

• Driving the creative direction for four distinct brands: Less Energy Consulting Advisory, Hypa Reach, Wisdom & Purpose, and Kempire Group.
• Working directly with a high volume of design requests from a growing network of independent sales consultants.
• Shaping the agency’s creative strategy, operational workflow, and service offerings.

This is a hands-on role with significant creative and strategic influence. We need a partner who is passionate about creating high-impact visual communication and ready to take full ownership of the design arm of our business.
