REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a baker or in a related culinary role is a plus but not necessary.
• Some understanding of baking techniques, measurements, and temperature control is a plus!
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work early mornings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) and stand for long periods.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures is essential.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
