Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the VP of Technology/CIO and other managers to ensure your team can execute infrastructure designs before finalizing pricing and delivery for clients, onboarding, and projects, while managing daily team and project engineering tasks.
  • Design, set up, and install Microsoft cloud infrastructure services; maintain and troubleshoot cloud-based servers, Microsoft SQL, and network services.
  • Provide Level III support for NOC alerts, document resolutions, and escalate issues to senior leadership to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Lead an engineering team, ensuring timely and efficient project completion aligned with technology and customer needs.
  • Work with the Managed Services leadership team on strategic growth and profitability.
  • Stay updated on technology trends and provide technical documentation for research and support.
