JOB DESCRIPTION

J. Smith McDonald’s is seeking a bilingual Brand Ambassador to serve as a part-time recruiter. The ideal candidate may be one that’s primed for the next step in their fast-food career to attract and inspire customer obsessed individuals to join our winning team. The ideal candidate will bring high energy, creativity and innovation assist our full-time recruiter in managing the entire life-cycle of new hires from recruitment through the exit interview.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Top candidates for this role must have:
Minimum of 1 years of experience recruiting in a quick service industry setting
Proven ability or relevant experience coupled with the natural agility to manage various recruiting platforms in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills to facilitate New Hire orientations each week as needed.
Competence leveraging essential technology (fluent use of Social Media platforms, databases, word processing, spreadsheets, and email) effectively and efficiently in a Microsoft Windows environment.
Maintain Reliable transportation to travel within the 10 restaurant locations and Corporate office as needed.

Responsibilities

Marketing open positions to ensure positive applicant flow
Screening applicants
Interviewing top candidates (phone, Zoom, and face to face)
Preparing and presenting offers
Conducting pre-employment screening process to strict standards
Processing new hires into McHire and onboard through eHR
Conduct Weekly Orientations in Spanish as needed
Translate printed hiring material from English to Spanish
Representing the organization at job fairs, universities and in the community across all three cities
Work in tangent with HR to set monitor and adjust processes as needed
Work in tangent with Area Supervisors to communicate and respond to weekly needs analysis
Assist lead recruiter in maintaining recruiting and retention records and communicate stats to key management twice a month (Bi-monthly Mid-Management Meetings).
