Essential Functions: Personal Care/ Ambulation Provide assistance with bed bathing, changing , personal care. Provide transfer from bed to chair. (must be experience in transfers) Provide assistance with basic activities of daily living, provide companionship Companion/Sitter/Household Management Provide companionship and respite services for family Perform homemaking activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathrooms Medication Assistance Services (with RN supervision and delegation) Qualifications/Educational Requirements: 1 yr+ caregiving experience
Responsibilities
The Caregiver will offer clients various personal care and homemaker/companion services according to an established care plan to enable them to remain in their homes. Essential functions include assisting with personal care tasks like bed bathing, changing, and transfers, alongside providing companionship and performing light homemaking duties.
