SUMMARY

We are seeking a Pet Bather/Office assistant to join our team at Grooming Tails Pet Salon in Fredericton. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our furry clients, contributing to our commitment to quality grooming services.

Experience:

• Professional Pet Bathing in a salon or shop: 1 year (required

• Bathe and dry pets according to salon standards
• Ensure the cleanliness of bathing areas and equipment
• Assist groomers with preparing pets for grooming
• Monitor pets during bathing to ensure their safety and comfort
• Provide excellent customer service to pet owners
• Maintain accurate records of services provided
• Handle pets gently and with care
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding pet needs
• Assist in front desk tasks, inputting data into computer, booking appointments and checking in and out of pets.
• Qualifications
• Previous experience in pet care or grooming required
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to lift heavy pets safely
