Are you an experienced and passionate Trainer & Assessor looking to make a difference? We’re currently seeking professionals to deliver nationally recognized training in the following areas:

• Certificate III in Painting and Decorating.
• Certificate III in Carpentry.
• Certificate IV in Building and Construction.
• Diploma of Leadership & Management.
• Advance Diploma of Leadership and Management.

Essential Requirements:

• Possess a TAE40220 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• Hold relevant vocational qualifications and competencies, at a minimum equal to the level of training and assessment being delivered
• Have recent industry experience that clearly demonstrates vocational competence
• Maintain current knowledge and expertise in vocational education and training practices
• Ability to effectively translate industry experience into high-quality training delivery
• Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to engage learners from diverse backgrounds
• Highly organised, with excellent time management and planning abilities
• A minimum of 2 years experience delivering industry-relevant training
• Good understanding of training packages
• Well-acquainted with the Standards for RTOs 2025
• Willing to participate in assessment validation/moderation and continuous improvement activities
