JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychotherapist to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing therapeutic support to individual clients and couples. This role requires a deep understanding of mental health issues, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop individualized treatment plans that promote healing and growth.

SKILLS

  • Strong case management abilities to coordinate care effectively.
  • Experience working with couples in a therapeutic setting is essential.
  • Excellent patient care skills with a focus on empathy and support.
  • Additional mental health trainings in either CBT, ACT, IFS, Trauma or any other approaches
  • Training in cultural sensitivity
  • Flexibility
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and colleagues.
