Develop a segment marketing strategy - identify what works and what could be improved, inclusive of research, campaign development, and segment health measurement
Drive segment campaign development within the marketing team, working collaboratively with channel owners and the project management team to ideate, plan, and execute best-in-class marketing plays with measurable outcomes
Speak for your segment - you’ll act as the central source of segment truth, bringing together insights and stories back from the field that can educate, inform, and help others make better decisions
Engage with prospects and customers regularly - a critical element of success in this role requires you to feel comfortable speaking with people you don’t know, asking thought-provoking questions, and being a representative of the company
Partner with Product to identify utilization and adoption metrics, key feature benefits, and stay aligned with our roadmap so that you can keep your segment engaged, identifying opportunities to connect with your audience(s) in new or innovative ways
Partner with Sales & Sales Enablement to swap key insights that can improve either marketing or sales outcomes, collaborating on activation materials to help sellers and customer success teams engage with prospective or existing customers
