Description Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Segment Risk and Quality Assurance Manager to lead our Risk and Quality teams and expand support into new business areas. This high-impact role is responsible for driving process improvements, managing audits and remediations and overseeing strategic initiatives that span multiple business units and systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, excellent communication skills, project management expertise and a passion for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities This senior level position will lead the evaluation, development and implementation of risk and quality processes across new and existing business areas. Collaborate with business unit leaders to ensure compliance with quality and risk metrics. Oversee audit findings, remediation efforts, and reporting across multiple business areas. Manage cross-functional project teams, monitor progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Ensure timely delivery of project outcomes and maintain team engagement and performance. Perform additional duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 5 or more years of experience in risk, quality and/or operations management. Experience with leadership, including exempt and non-exempt staff. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications Proven experience launching new business functions or initiatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization Familiarity with risk management, audits, quality assurance, and reporting tools such as Tableau, Archer, etc. Skilled in creating and presenting informational, project, reporting and QBR/MBR decks. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration. Self-starter with a high degree of adaptability, professionalism, and strategic thinking.
