Description

We are seeking a “Segment Sales Executive” to develop Secure’s business across Australia and New Zealand by building strong relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders in the energy sector. The role involves promoting Secure’s portfolio to retailers, embedded network operators and metering providers, identifying growth opportunities aligned with customer needs and technology trends. The individual will also leverage internal teams for technical support, ensure compliance with ISO standards and drive solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reduce customer costs.

Responsibilities
  • To build professional relationships at the senior executive level with identified customers to create growth in Secure business throughout ANZ, including the Power of Choice market and embedded networks market.
  • To develop and aid the expansion of Secure’s sales in Australia and New Zealand consistent with Business opportunities both customer and technology led.
  • Effectively promote Secure’s diverse portfolio of products and services to the Australian Energy Retail Markets, Embedded Network Operators and Metering Providers.
  • Interact with Electricity, Gas utility providers and market participants (including retailers, embedded network companies, regulators, and meter providers) to identify potential opportunities and present them to key stakeholders
  • Showcase Secure solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs for the Retailer’s customers.
  • Keep management informed about the activities and results by submitting detailed reports, including weekly activity/work plans, monthly outcomes of scheduled meetings and sales tracking against established Key Performance Indicators. Contribute-to and maintain the sales budget and projections as required
  • Develop productive interactions and communication with internal and external stakeholders of Secure Meters, ensuring smooth engagement and progress updates.
  • Develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with market participants including regulators, Retailers, MPs/MDPs and third-party service providers by creating targeted engagement plans.
  • Adhere to all relevant ISO standards regarding sales practices to ensure compliance and maintain high ethical standards. Understand business process around sales cycle.
  • To manage the sales order and reporting processes including forecasting, CRM database maintenance, customer enquiry, quotations, sales orders and follow up.
  • Assist in development of marketing literature and tools to assist the ANZ and Asia Pac sales team in winning business
