Job Description Work as a MES Specialist and support MES implementation activities related to General Assembly projects. o Lead a team of ESP for MES implementation in GA shop. o Provide the MES Functional requirement to IT team based on GA Business Process Understanding. o Review MES Functional Design Specification (FDS) document and share feedback to IT team o Define the MES configuration requirements from GA business side based on Siemens MES tool requirements. o Perform the MES Master data configuration activities within Siemens MES System and other applicable facilities/tools/software as applicable. o Coordinate all the activities related to MES Configuration and MES solution implementation with respective stakeholders. o Identify and define IIOT & SCADA Use cases applicable for GA Shop o Responsible for MES, IIOT, SCADA solution Functional Acceptance Testing (FAT) in environment. o Coordinate FAT Open issues closure tracking with Line Builder, IT & Siemens team. o Responsible for MES Implementation activities at Software and Hardware level as applicable. o Capture and track all the MES/IIOT/SCADA Solution issues from ME side and coordinate closure of action items with respective team. o Strong capability in issue analysis and resolution. o Good Knowledge in GA Business Processes, vehicle assembly, quality processes.
