What will you do? • Colaborar en el cumplimentar los objetivos marcados de servicio, satisfacción de clientes y eficacia de los procesos wellness. • Colaborar y apoyar en la supervisión y control del cumplimiento de protocolos. • Proponer y coordinar las ofertas para la captación de clientes, diseño de promociones, etc., con la aprobación del Director del Hotel. • Gestionar al equipo de Spa En ausencia del Responsable del mismo (selección, acogida, integración, formación, turnos, bajas, altas, etc.). • Participar en los procesos administrativos y contables propios de la gestión de cobros de la recepción del SPA. • Gestionar y supervisar el aprovisionamiento de materiales y productos utilizados para el desarrollo de los servicios. • Supervisar la limpieza y mantenimiento de las instalaciones, avisando a la Gobernanta y al Jefe de mantenimiento de cualquier posible incidencia. What are we looking for? • Formación requerida: Grado Universitario o Grado Superior especializado. • Experiencia mínima de al menos 2 años en puesto similar. • Habilidades comerciales, alta orientación al cliente. • Inglés nivel alto. • Se valorará conocimiento intermedio de paquete Office.
