Our team is our competitive advantage and we are better together YOUR MISSION RESPONSIBILITIES True Anomaly is seeking a highly accomplished Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) Lead to lead the rapid test launch campaign for a next-generation missile defense program. This is a generational opportunity to architect a solution to some of the most challenging mission sets in missile defense, not to mention aerospace engineering as a whole. In this role, you will lead systems engineering, integration, and test (SEIT) for the missile defense program including defining system architecture, interfaces, and verification/validation plans. You will drive integration readiness and ensure end-to-end system traceability. Finally you will drive system-level trades, test planning, and performance assessment. QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications & Experience 10+ years full lifecycle experience leading systems engineering and integration/test on major aerospace programs Strong technical leadership and systems architecture expertise Proven leadership in complex test environments Proven leadership in design, analysis, and verification on a major aerospace program Ability to scale analytical rigor to match program maturity and risk Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and coordinate across hardware and software boundaries Demonstrated expertise with DOORS, SysML, JAMA, and other with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field. Master’s or Ph.D. preferred U.S. Citizen and eligible for DoD Secret Desired Qualifications & Experience Advanced degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering Strong track record leading cross-functional engineering teams and managing design-to-delivery cycles Background in range certification, test readiness reviews, and safety boards TS/SCI clearance COMPENSATION Base Salary: Denver: $130,000-$180,000, Long Beach: $140,000-$190,000 Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education and experience. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Work Location—Successful candidates will be located near Denver or Colorado Springs. While we observe a hybrid work environment, some work must be done on site.
