Description Christ Panos Foods is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Selector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that all items are picked, packed, and organized according to specifications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards. As a Selector, you will play a key role in supporting our warehouse operations and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our customers. Position Details: Night Shift Schedule: Sunay – Thursday 8:00pm through Finish Starting Pay: $24.00/hour *Please note after successful completion of the training period (3 to 6 months), compensation will be based on a piece-rate structure. Duties and Responsibilities: Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts to move product within the warehouse Accurately select and pull product orders from warehouse inventory according to customer specifications Ensure all items are correctly picked, checked, and verified before packing for shipment Organize and stage products in preparation for loading onto delivery trucks ensuring efficiency and safety Main accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies or damage to products Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring that all selected products are stored and handled in compliance with regulations Meet productivity and quality standards Communicate with warehouse supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow and resolve issues Assist in keeping the warehouse clean and organized by following safety procedures and ensuring proper storage of products Perform other duties as assigned Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Short- and Long-term disability coverage Company paid life insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match and profit sharing Paid time off and paid Holidays Requirements Background check and drug test Prior experience in the food industry with knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices Ability to efficiently read product labels Ability to lift 25lbs – 50lbs continuously High School Diploma or GED
