  • Property Maintenance: Supervising cleaning and maintenance staff, ensuring properties are well-maintained and meet hygiene standards.
  • Customer Service: Addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing a positive guest experience.
  • Financial Management: Managing budgets, tracking expenses, and handling payments.
  • Stock Management: Overseeing inventory of supplies and amenities, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Compliance: Ensuring properties adhere to relevant health and safety regulations.
