JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of construction skills and experience in various building tasks. This role involves working on both residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards and project timelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in building works is essential.
• Proficiency in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to the building trade.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical fitness is required for lifting heavy materials and performing manual tasks on-site.
• A valid driver’s licence is required.

  Pay: £13.21-£16.55 per hour
  Expected hours: 45 per week

• Petersfield GU32 2BN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Building: 3 years (required)

Work Location: In perso

• Perform carpentry tasks including framing, tacking and insulation of walls.
• Carry out construction painting duties, including surface preparation and application of finishes.
• Engage in building works along with groundworks. Attention for detail required and ability to work without supervision.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks.
• Assist in the construction processes as needed, contributing to the overall project goals.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
