Blythe’s Cleaning Services is looking to recruit a new member to join our team. The role includes both commercial and domestic cleaning.
This role is ideal for someone who is a team player, has acute attention to detail, takes pride in their work, and enjoys building strong working relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

What you can expect from this role includes, but is not limited to:

• Completing cleaning duties according to provided checklists (e.g. making beds, emptying bins, wiping surfaces, moving appliances to clean, hoovering, mopping, etc.)
• Managing your own time, being punctual and reliable
• Demonstrating strong communication skills
• Prioritising tasks using good judgement, always keeping the customer’s needs at the forefront
• Complying with Health & Safety procedures
• Taking care of equipment and supplies responsibly

Required Skills:

• A valid and clean Full UK driving licence
• Access to a reliable vehicle for all scheduled shifts
• Physically able to lift, carry, bend, kneel, and climb stairs throughout the shift
• Honest and trustworthy
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• A good work ethic and a can-do attitude
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Respectful of customers’ properties and their privacy at all times
• Previous relevant cleaning experience is preferred, but extensive training will be provided

Job Details:

• Employment type: Self-employed / Contractor
• Hourly rate: £14
• Right to work in the UK is required
• Available days: Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
• Flexible hours — we’re happy to discuss availability
• Location: Coventry and immediate surrounding areas
• Products and equipment supplied
• Two references required
