Our reception team can also handle all incoming calls for you so you don’t miss any! You will have all training materials available at your fingertips and you will also receive social media support and access to our online team area which is available to you 24/7. You will be allocated your own protected postcodes to sell out of which means you will earn money from every sale that completes in your postcodes! We offer quarterly training days for the entire team in addition to support 7 days a week, 365 days a year!

Finally we are looking for long-term partnerships and therefore we will not simply charge you a monthly-admin fee regardless of your success that month. Instead you are charged an admin fee per successful deal meaning only when you have the money will you be charged an admin fee. As a Laurels Partner, you’ll manage property sales from start to finish — from building your personal brand within your exclusive postcodes, to handing over the keys on completion day. You’ll deliver a 5-star service to every client, using our expert marketing team to showcase homes with standout photography and high-quality marketing that sets you apart.
Establishing your name and brand in your local area takes dedication, and while it can take up to six months, put in the effort, do it right, and you’ll establish yourself as the go-to agent in your area — the one everyone turns to. Social media is one of the most effective ways to grow your brand. It’s not just about visibility; it’s about building trust and becoming a familiar name in your area. The goal is simple: when someone’s ready to sell, you’re the first person they think of.
