We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for property and a strong desire to help clients navigate the buying, selling, and renting process. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients while utilising your organisational and administrative skills to manage multiple listings and transactions effectively. Being multilingual is an advantage, enabling you to communicate with a diverse range of clients.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in real estate is required
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills; being multilingual is highly advantageous for engaging with a broader client base.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks including documentation management and data entry.
  • A valid driving licence is beneficial for travelling between properties.
    **Please note that this is a commission based role with 60:40 commission split.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
  • Conduct property viewings and open houses, showcasing properties to potential buyers or tenants.
  • Lead Generation (Finding Landlords, investors and the stock to sell/let)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present property listings on various platforms, including social media and real estate websites.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local developments to provide informed advice.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property details using organisational tools.
  • Collaborate with other professionals in the industry such as mortgage brokers, solicitors, and surveyors.
