Pro Clean Commercials are looking for an individual working independently or a pair of cleaners working together to carry out evening cleaning of a medical space for one of our commercial clients on a self-employed basis.
The cleaning schedule is a guaranteed 5x days per week Monday-Friday, totalling 7.5 hours per week. On Monday-Thursdays the cleans must be anytime from 6pm onwards and can be done anytime from 2pm onwards on Fridays or over the weekend. Each clean is a duration of 1.5 hours.
Typical tasks include cleaning of kitchen area, toilets, office & reception spaces, taking out bins, vacuuming and washing surgery room floors and implementation of deep clean tasks as and when needed.
The candidate we are looking for must be:

You will be given full training, working alongside us on the first day until you feel comfortable to start working independently. You will receive ongoing support from our management throughout.
You will need to supply your own products and equipment (using a guideline list provided) therefore driving is essential as you would be taking everything with you. You would also need to get your own public liability insurance, which is about £5-10 per month.
Overtime may be available in other roles and there are also options to work alongside other cleaners or extend into deep cleaning on other jobs, which is at a higher rate of pay.
Cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
There is an immediate start date for this position.
Starting pay is £13 per hour for the probation period of 2 months and then goes up to £14 an hour and can be paid on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis based on preference.
