Job description
My client offers a new different approach to field services providing specialist Field services to clients across the Utility, Commercial and Financial services Sectors. They are developing a network of Customer Verification Officers nationwide and recruiting due to growth.
They are looking for self-motivated and professional individuals and people who have worked in similar roles such as meter reading, debt management, customer service, resolution officer, enforcement officer or arrears officer. There is also an opportunity for full training if this is something that you would like to learn to do.
This particular job role will focus on reconnection visits, this will allow clients to establish contact with customers where other methodology has failed. You will be provided with full ‘on the job’ training and support by an experienced Customer verification officer. Previous experience is not essential, however having door to door or customer service would be an advantage. Competitive guaranteed day rate, full and part time flexible hours available and will be agreed with the regional manager network.
