OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team at WILDE. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hair styling with an existing client base. The salon is located in a busy city centre listed market hall, giving plenty of opportunity to expand on an existing client base with walk in clients. We are a relaxed and friendly team looking to expand with one more likeminded stylist. Backwash and products are supplied but there is always freedom to use your own preferred products!
Monthly rental basis, meaning you take 100% of the money you make from your services , which is how we believe proper self employment should be!
Stylists are encouraged to express themselves and be exactly who they are, and let this show through their art, we value quality over quantity here at WILDE.
Training is also regularly supplied by industry experts as we believe you can never know enough!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and recommendations to clients.
• Knowledge of current trends in hairstyling is desirable.

• Provide a range of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client needs.
• Upsell products and services to clients, demonstrating excellent communication skills to educate them on their benefits.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon, ensuring all tools and products are properly stored and sanitised.
