JOB SUMMARY

KENSINGTON CARE is seeking experienced and compassionate SELF-EMPLOYED LIVE IN CARERS to join our Central London team.
What you’ll do as a Live in Carer:
You will provide companionship and assistance to our clients . The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and those requiring additional support at their own home, where you will be responsible for delivering personalised care plans tailored to each individual’s needs.

SKILLS

  • Proficient understanding of care plans and patient care practices.
  • Experience in medication administration and familiarity with medical terminology.
  • Knowledge of senior care principles, particularly in relation to dementia care.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact compassionately with clients and their families.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
    This role is vital in providing high-quality support to those who need it most, ensuring they receive the best possible care in a respectful and dignified manner.
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: £1,260.00 per week
    Expected hours: 24 – 70 per week
