JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Self Employed Mortgage Advisor. All compliance, admin and leads are provided with generous splits.
Growth is what we like to provide with our advisors and we do this with our top of the class training and a constant flow of leads to grow your client bank.
Not only are we a mortgage brokerage we have our own lead generation company which will feed leeds to yourself to grow your customer pipeline.
Our main customer base is buy to let landlords so one lead can become multiple.
We are a directly authorised firm.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 years experience in providing Mortgage Advice.
• CeMap qualified or equivalent.
• Ideally experience with dealing with buy to let.
  Pay: £50,000.00-£100,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

• Bonus scheme
• Commission pay

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Work Location: Remot

• Conduct an initial fact find gathering details and also advising customers on the best routes.
• Research the whole of market to come back with the best recommendation for the customer.
• Gather up all documents and submit an application to the lender.
• Making sure all CPD logs are up to date.
• Have regular 1-1 meetings with the director to discuss plans, growth and progress.
