We’re looking for a talented and passionate Nail Technician to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong focus on customer satisfaction, and experience with BIAB and nail art.
As a Nail Technician, you’ll deliver high-quality nail care services while creating a welcoming, relaxing experience for our clients. This is a self-employed role, so you’ll manage your own diary and client base, but you’ll also benefit from being included on our online booking system.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• A valid qualification in nail technology or equivalent certification is preferred.

• Perform a variety of nail services including BIAB, BIAB infills, French tips, a variety of nail art, BIAB extensions if applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored advice on nail care.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to provide innovative services.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
• Assist in promoting salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction.
