JOB TITLE: PERSONAL ASSISTANT/CARER (SELF EMPLOYED)

Rate of Pay: £19 per hour
Hours: WEDNESDAYS, 9am – 1pm or 1pm - 5pm (can be flexible to suit)
Location: Winsford
Age UK Cheshire is advertising on behalf of an 83-year-old gentleman living in Winsford with his wife.
Support Needed: Washing and ironing (including bedding), Changing bedding/bed making, House cleaning especially bathroom/toilet area, Some meal prep
Taking to appointments (doctors in Winsford, hospital in either Northwich or Crewe, physio in Crewe and Chiropractic in Rudheath) if booked on the Wednesday during the 4 hours.

· UTR number
· A DBS certificate from the update service, or willingness to apply for a new one at a cost to the applicant.
· References from previous clients/employers (or details to enable us to apply for these)
· Insurance policy details for Personal Assistant Insurance
Family will be conducting the interviews.
