JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Self Employed Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with clients and candidates alike. This role involves sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various positions while utilising various recruitment tools and platforms. The successful applicant will play a crucial part in enhancing our recruitment processes and ensuring we attract top talent.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a recruitment or HR role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly PeopleSoft, is advantageous.
  • Experience using Salesforce for lead generation is desirable.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using social media for recruitment purposes is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
