We’re now looking for a Telesales Specialist to drive new growth by following up warm leads, upselling customers, engaging prospects from our direct mail campaigns, and closing valuable deals. You’ll play a key role in turning interest into revenue, while keeping records accurate in our CRM and working closely with our Customer Happiness team to ensure smooth onboarding.

Responsibilities
  • Follow up quickly with inbound leads to qualify and convert opportunities
  • Follow up quickly with customer enquiries to convert upsell opportunities
  • Call prospects from our direct mail campaigns to build rapport and generate sales
  • Present solutions clearly and transparently, keeping things simple for customers
  • Handle objections and close deals in line with our values and targets
  • Submit deals with complete and accurate paperwork to avoid delays
  • Track all conversations and updates in our CRM
  • Collaborate with Customer Happiness to ensure a seamless handover for onboarding
  • Identify upsell opportunities and maximise deal value through long-term relationships
