Charles Taylor is a highly successful global provider of professional services to the insurance industry. We are seeking an enthusiast Self Insured Claims Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring attendance in the Cincinnati, OH office (Monday-Friday).
Position Summary
The Self Insured Claims Assistant will provide assistance to Account Executives by working closely with them to ensure claims are being managed effectively.

Essential Functions

  • Create and mail a variety of claim related letters as directed by Account Executive
  • Printing/ mailing of all client checks and reports associated
  • Assist in IME scheduling, Case Management assignment, printing medical reports, mailing materials, etc.
  • Assist in various clerical and support function
  • Input of fee bills for payment processing
  • Creating and sending all client reports on a monthly basis
  • Field inbound phone calls related to medical payments
  • Other duties as needed

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel)
  • Highly organized with an attention to detail
