Physicians’ Primary Care of Southwest Florida is a premier physician-owned and managed primary care practice with locations in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Lehigh Acres. We are currently seeking a Self-Pay Patient Account Representative to join our Administration team in Fort Myers.   Sample of Duties: * Provides excellent customer service to both our internal and external customers. * Handles calls and correspondence from patients and insurance companies as they relate to self-pay accounts. Provides prompt resolution to questions or concerns. * Identifies on a daily basis all delinquent accounts and pursue accounts as described in written policies and procedures. * Makes recommendations concerning patient accounts to be written off or turned over for collection. * Monitors work status and maintains productivity within MGMA standards for Patient Account Representatives. * Maintains the strictest confidentiality and adheres to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
