Robinsons Relocation Ltd is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, reliable team player to join our Self-Storage unit in Abingdon. Your primary role as Self-Storage Assistant will be to deliver exceptional customer service, responsible for day to day customer enquiries and retail operations of the Self-Storage unit, you will be eager to explore all sales opportunities and provide exceptional customer service. Part of a small team you will contribute to ensuring an engaging customer experience and environment. Lone working is a requirement for this role. Shift pattern negotiable, to include up to two weekends per month- Working pattern negotiable with a minimum of 25 hours per week
Previous experience in customer services and sales is essential, experience in administration would be an advantage.

Main responsibilities and duties:

  • Provide the highest standards of customer service, in person, via email or phone
  • Maximise sales through the promotion of the store’s products and services
  • Sales negotiating on a day to day basis, providing quotations for rental enquiries
  • General administration tasks, using industry software and systems (i.e. set up customer contracts, invoicing, taking payments)
  • Responsibility include assisting with the store cleanliness and health and safety on site
  • Key holder responsibility, to ensure the timely opening/closing of the Self-Store and ongoing security
