Description The Seller Success Coordinator assists and oversees the logistics process, from collecting information and managing documents to coordinating transportation, repairs, and preparing units. It includes developing national repair partnerships to reduce costs and time to market, as well as building a diverse network of transportation vendors. Exceptional customer service is key, ensuring strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers while managing all aspects of transportation bookings and communications. RESPONSIBILITIES Collect information & manage documents, check-in, transportation, repairs & make ready. Develop national repair partnerships to lower cost/unit &/or time to market. Responsible for building out a diverse network of transportation vendors. Provide exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with the sales team and customers while handling the administrative tasks related to transportation and the consignments. Responsible for booking and managing all transportation, including communication with customers both internal and external. Create PO's and P.R’s for our accounting team Assist customers & the sales team to resolve any issues that may arise during the consignment process. Review and track information in Salesforce to ensure assets are scheduled for production in a timely manner. Coordinate and direct internal resources to meet customer objectives and ensure excellent levels of customer service. Complete assigned responsibilities with a disciplined and systematic approach to tasks, coupled with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines. Collect contact information & manage departmental collaborations to ensure deadlines are met. Perform other duties as assigned. Potential travel as needed to support yard partners and vendors. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS Excellent customer service skills Experience in Sales, Production or Customer support or inside sales experience Well versed with use of Salesforce Understanding of Industrial & Construction industries and equipment Strong oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels inside & outside of the company. Strong customer management skills. Ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Self-motivated, tenacious, capable of working independently to achieve goals. Team player with a problem-solving mindset who proactively works with other people to ensure customer needs are met Experience with a customer management system ( SalesForce)
