Seller Acquisition support is the role that is responsible for acquiring new seller to join Makropro Marketplace (3P) based on business decision. For this role the agent will be responsible for: Pitching potential seller to join 3P by contacting the seller to give an introduction Acquiring new seller through exhibition and/or any offline event (if needed) Documentation/ Contract support for sign up Support of seller inquiries related to onboarding and basic operations Coordination between seller, business partner, and internal parties Feedback collection Well communication skills in Thai on both written and verbal Ability to do problem solving Able to use basic Excel i.e., Sum function, Data logging Open mindset with can do attitude Keen to learn and being responsible for completing the assigned task Knowledge of CRM tool is a plus
Responsibilities
The role involves acquiring new sellers for the Makropro Marketplace by pitching to potential sellers and supporting them through the onboarding process. The agent will also coordinate between sellers and internal parties and collect feedback.
