You’ll partner with the Coach – Selling & Service to lead a designated zone in the store, achieving sales and customer service. Reporting into the Coach, you will: Lead your team to ensure we deliver a premium in-store experience to our consumers Coach your team and provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the team Drive: assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential Inspire: care about the team and, most importantly, have fun!
