SELLING BRANCH MANAGER

Automation Personnel Services is seeking an experienced Selling Branch Manager to lead our office in Columbia, TN. In this role, your responsibilities will include cultivating your sales territory by nurturing existing client connections and acquiring new ones to boost business growth. You will serve as a representative of our company, establishing a reliable presence with our customers while upholding our core values and policies. Additionally, this role offers the chance to lead a team in a dynamic and high-paced setting.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve both personal and company-set sales targets.
  • Regularly engage with current and potential customers, offering solutions as needed, and oversee all sales activities within your designated territory.
  • Lead a team of recruiters to ensure timely fulfillment of open job orders.
  • Submit regular reports on your sales activities through the company’s CRM software and maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all leads and customers.
  • Strictly adhere to all company procedures, values, and policies to provide an authentic representation of the company to potential and existing customers.
  • Execute your duties with efficiency, identify opportunities to reduce costs when possible, and keep records of all job-related expenses for submission to the accounting department.
