Description

MALEKO PERSONNEL is looking for an experienced SELLING BRANCH MANAGER to drive our upstart COLUMBUS branch. If you have the grit and will to win, we are looking for you!
The winning candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit along with extensive experience working with manufacturing, light industrial, logistics and clerical operations.
In short, we are looking for a proven leader with a “Whatever it Takes” attitude that can lead by example. This position will require a balance of managing the operation and being “Hands On”, including: recruiting, orientations, interviewing candidates in addition to overseeing payroll and office functions.
This role will also be responsible for growing and nurturing current client relationships while generating new business partnerships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both associates and our clients are needed. This is a take charge position that also requires empathy and resourcefulness.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Follows a simple a sales strategy for the market that leads to new and improved client relationships
  • Manage daily business development activities including inside phone sales, client visits and proposals, and marketing campaigns
  • When needed, will assist to recruit, interview, market, and effectively place clerical, manufacturing and light to heavy industrial professionals with top companies in the market

Management Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for personal sales production as well as the performance and development of the branch recruiters
  • Monitors and directs daily office activity levels so that all orders are handled professionally and quickly
  • Assists in recruiting efforts whenever needed - Sets examples for recruiters in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits

Qualifications
- Proven experience in negotiation, customer service, and sales
- Demonstrated proficiency in outside sales, management, and business development
- Strong background in B2B sales, account management, and marketing
- Familiarity with technology sales, Salesforce, and technical sales
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate in a manufacturing environment
