POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Achieve sales goals through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and upselling Build brand awareness within your assigned territory Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, demonstrating the value and capabilities of our products Implement and sell innovative customer programs designed to create unique value Maintain/build sales relationships with existing and new customers Complete paperwork necessary to fulfill position responsibilities Promote company marketing and promotional programs POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Ability to travel up to 40% Prior B2B sales experience Ability to train and coach direct sales representatives during the selling process Experience in territory and district management Strong selling, coaching, and problem-solving skills Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization both verbal and written THE COMPANY Since 1911, State Industrial Products has helped customers "Care for Work Environments"®.
