Our next Coordinator will be an analytical thinker with an insatiable curiosity to learn all there is to know about digital marketing and the drive to continually improve their skill set. Reporting to the SEM Manager, this position is responsible primarily for the execution of Paid Search/Shopping channels. You will also have the opportunity to support Comoto’s larger media mix (including Display/Media/Video, Affiliates, Social Media). As a key driver of Comoto’s growth, the Performance Marketing team is highly visible within the organization and regularly works across teams including the Analytics, Creative, Video, Merchandising, and Rider Support teams. Our Next SEM Coordinator Will: Build and maintain a large Paid Search keyword & Shopping product group portfolio to support Comoto’s ever-expanding catalog of premium gear and parts Execute ad/copywriting testing in order to find the perfect message that calls to every moto enthusiast’s heart Learn complex Paid Search & Shopping bid management strategies to take results to the next level Optimize the Paid Search/Shopping portfolio daily to boost star performers and cut the underachievers QA of own workflow--ad copy, campaign builds, etc--as well as review of teammates’ work to ensure the positive customer-facing experience Ultimately, master Paid Search and Shopping management Help execute our Display, YouTube, and OTT marketing campaigns Staying on the leading edge of Digital Marketing to keep Comoto at the forefront of the powersports industry Qualifications Our Next SEM Coordinator Has: Minimum of one full-time year working in Search Engine Marketing Proficiency with Marketing tools like Excel and Google AdWords Working knowledge of web analytics (eg. Google Analytics) Highly detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to articulate clearly and effectively Self-starter, able to learn new processes, programs, and tools quickly to put into immediate practice Thrive in a high-energy, collaborative, team-oriented environment Extra Credit: Advanced Excel skills Experience in multiple digital marketing channels (eg. SEO, Email, Social, Display/Media) Business experience in eCommerce Database (eg. Access) working knowledge Motorcycle, ATV, and/or UTV enthusiast (not a requirement!)
