WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 1+ years experience working in a PPC/SEM focused role.
  • Good understanding of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and the relative Editors. Experience with other engines and third party management tools is a bonus.
  • Experience in creating and managing search campaigns and ability to conduct keyword research.
  • Experience in writing ad copy and assisting in A/B tests to optimise performance.
  • Experience in working with large files and troubleshooting bulk upload files is a bonus.
  • Clear understanding of how bids impact performance and assisting in budget pacing.
  • Good excel skills and previous experience in creating and updating reports.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a passionate SEM professional with a drive to make a measurable impact. As a Specialist, you’ll assist with projects, support campaign execution, and help with daily channel operations while working closely with your team.
You’ll thrive in our dynamic, innovative and collaborative environment, where autonomy, flexibility, and data-driven decision-making are key. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll collaborate closely with SEM Managers and Senior Specialists and will also collaborate with teams in data science, analytics, engineering and product.
The SEM team is split between London, Oxford and Boston (USA) and this role reports to the SEM Manager. You will be part of a dynamic and innovative team where autonomous decision-making, self-motivation and flexible thinking is encouraged. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future success of the company.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Look after specific areas of large international SEM accounts across different search engines.
  • Assist in setting up, monitoring and optimising campaigns.
  • Prepare reports and share insights with the team.
  • Help refine keyword lists and ad copies.
  • Assist in the creation and management of A/B tests and stay updated on best practices.
  • Support streamlining workflows and campaign management.
  • Work collaboratively with senior team members to support strategy execution.
  • Stay updated on paid search trends, platform updates, new features and competitor activities.
