SEM (SEARCH ENGINE MARKETING) SPECIALIST - TEMPORARY

A leading global premium fashion brand is seeking an experienced SEM (Search Engine Marketing) Specialist to drive digital growth through Search Engine Marketing (SEM). This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile campaigns, collaborating with eCommerce, CRM, Analytics, and Creative teams to optimize performance and deliver exceptional results.

REQUIREMENTS: SEM (SEARCH ENGINE MARKETING) SPECIALIST - TEMPORARY

The ideal candidate has:

  • 4+ years of experience managing Paid Search campaigns, either in-house or at a digital agency;
  • Proven ability to drive performance across multi-market or multi-language campaigns;
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and supporting tools;
  • Skilled in performance reporting and analysis, using tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio;
  • Knowledge of feed management and audience targeting strategies;
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about campaign optimization;
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus;
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Responsibilities

Your responsibilities are to:

  • Manage Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts across multiple European markets;
  • Implement keyword strategies, bidding tactics, and A/B testing to optimize campaigns;
  • Optimize performance for key KPIs: ROAS, traffic, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost;
  • Collaborate with internal teams (eCommerce, CRM, Analytics, Creative) to align Paid Search with business goals;
  • Monitor budgets and ensure optimal spend and ROI across markets;
  • Provide performance reports and insights for continuous improvement;
  • Stay updated on platform trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
