Job Description We are looking for someone to support in developing, maintaining and improving the quality of our product, which is based on a Natural Language Processing system and GenAI. This includes testing, quality assurance, and reporting of issues found mostly related to sentiment, as well as identifying necessary improvements in the semantic mapping of concepts. A good candidate will be someone who loves working with languages and technology and has a keen eye for finding logical patterns in language to identify structures & vocabulary that are useful to improve the precision of the NLP system. What you will do Identify errors with the sentiment or semantic analysis (wrong sentiment, wrong concept classification), including testing and QA on almost a daily basis. Review bugs reported by clients and evaluate what we need to improve. Report errors and propose solutions. Write semantic rules to correct errors. Manage the support tickets in Jira. Develop our internal dictionary to continually improve coverage: Identify issues & improvements: wrong translations, duplicate concepts, suggest improvements to the organization of concepts, suggest new concepts to track. Support in the initial testing & training of languages not yet migrated to the machine learning NLP system. Support in rolling out new languages. Qualifications Fluent English plus knowledge of at least one other languages. Studies in Linguistics, Translation or a related field. Enjoys working with new languages even if not very familiar with them. Interest in technology. Desirable: some knowledge of/experience in NLP. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work autonomously and proactively. Experience in a job that involved data management, organization or analysis will be considered highly favorable.
