We are currently recruiting a SEMD (Security & Emergency Measures Direction) Training & Engagement Lead to work full-time out of our Kemble Court, Reading site. You will be travelling to all Thames Water sites, delivering local security measures training and related improvements through engagement with site-based employees.
Within this role, it will be your role to deliver engagement, learning and improvement activities which enable SEMD-focused teams to deliver against regulatory obligations and support the change in culture required for TW relating to Protective Security measures and adherence.
