DegreeSix are a specialist SEN agency who work with many schools across Peterborough/Cambridgeshire.
The schools we work with have an ongoing & continuous need for long term teaching assistants to support and are looking for reliable, punctual, dedicated, and passionate individuals for these positions. The working hours are 8.30am-3.30pm Monday to Friday during term time.
You’ll need to be confident and passionate about supporting pupils with SEN either 1:1 or in small groups throughout the day. You’ll also be assisting the class teacher throughout the day along with playground duties at times. Experience with SEN such as ASD, EBD Speech and Language, ADHD, Behavioural children is essential, however, we will consider transferable experience such as previous experience working with adults with LD.
