Location: Harrow, North-West London
Start Date: ASAP – Full-Time (Term Time Only)
Pay: £95–£100 per day (PAYE)
Contract: Temp to Perm Opportunity after two successful terms

• Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored support to students
• Assist with behaviour management and use de-escalation strategies when needed
• Support pupils in both academic and social development
• Contribute to a positive classroom atmosphere by modelling calm, respectful behaviour
• Help implement individualised intervention plans and strategies
