ABOUT THE POSITION: As a Semi-Senior in our Family Office at Anchin, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support to high-net-worth families in managing their financial affairs. You will work closely with senior team members to deliver tailored financial solutions and services to meet the unique needs of our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information. RESPONSIBILITIES: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial objectives, preferences, and concerns. Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day inquiries and support. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and analyses to provide insights into the financial health and performance of client portfolios. Utilize financial software and tools to generate accurate and timely reports. Support senior team members in researching investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and preparing investment recommendations. Monitor investment portfolios and assist in rebalancing strategies as needed. Handle administrative tasks related to client accounts, including account opening, maintenance, and documentation. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Assist in tax planning activities, including gathering relevant financial data, preparing tax forms, and coordinating with our senior tax professionals to ensure compliance with tax regulations. Support the estate planning process by organizing relevant documents, assisting in the development of estate plans, and coordinating with legal professionals as needed. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in wealth management and financial planning through ongoing education and professional development opportunities. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Experience: 2+ years of experience in wealth management, family office services, or a similar role preferred. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office suite. Compensation: Competitive annual salary in the range of $75,000 to $90,000 based on the individual’s experience level.
